I had two fences and a gate repaired, as well as my front porch re-built and steps added to the back door. Bryan was prompt in coming out to do a free estimate. He was able to schedule my project a lot faster than expected. Kyle did an amazing job with building everything. He was very polite and was happy to show me what he was doing and answer any questions. The total price came out to more than quoted, but Bryan provided receipts for everything. Definitely recommend!

I actually asked Bryan if he and his crew fell from Heaven! He's the most Admirable and honorable professional that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in my many years of real estate. He's honorable, highly skilled, kind and has an extreme concern putting his clients best interests first and foremost. He is a rarity so I highly recommend you get on his list ASAP.

I will never use another contractor. Not only do they answer super quick, but they also get the work done in a timely manner! My home looked good as new! Bryan makes the whole transaction very smooth and works around busy schedules. I still contact them for repair questions, and Bryan is kind enough to get me the help I need. I would never recommend anyone else in Ak.

Trying to manage a rental property from out of state was becoming a nightmare—until I got connected with Bryan at Chugach Contracting through a mutual friend. That connection gave me an initial sense of trust, and Bryan delivered far beyond expectations. While he was renovating my unit, the adjacent unit’s heat went out. Anyone who owns property in Alaska knows how urgent and stressful that can be in the winter. Bryan immediately checked it out, brought in one of his contacts, and even though it took multiple visits, they stayed on it until the issue was fully resolved. On top of that, he managed to get the entire place painted, install new carpets, replace locks and outlet covers, and knock out a long punch list in just a couple of days. He did push me over my initial budget, but the quality of work and peace of mind were absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Bryan and Chugach Contracting for anyone needing reliable, fast, and trustworthy work—especially if you’re managing a property from afar.

I reached out to Bryan and he got back to me the same morning. His team started working on my project two days later and completed flooring for 4 bedrooms, a crawl space, and hanging an art piece for me within 8 days. Bryan was very proactive and reachable through the entire process. I’ll definitely be using his services for future housing needs and I’ve already been recommending him to my colleagues.

We had our fireplace knocked out. The guys: Kyle and Jake were wonderful. They were punctual and friendly and kept us up-to-date on the process. They tried hard to keep all the demo/dust contained. Bryan was also incredible at communication and sharing his expertise and experiences to help guide decisions. The finished product looks amazing! We can’t even tell there was ever a fireplace in that spot!! I would HIGHLY recommend Chugach.

I had an incredible experience with Bryan and his crew (Chugach Contracting) on my primary bathroom remodel and I truly can’t recommend them enough. The project involved removing an old jetted tub, vanity, and toilet, completely gutting the bathroom, and transforming it into a beautiful walk-in tiled shower with a floating vanity. They also re-did the sheetrock and addressed several unexpected issues elsewhere in the house that came up along the way, handling those repairs seamlessly and without stress. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. I always knew who would be at the house and when, which made the entire process feel organized and worry-free — there were never any surprises. The crew worked long days, paid close attention to every detail, and treated my home with care and respect. At the end of each day, they cleaned up thoroughly — even the garage floors were spotless when the job was done. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. This was a major remodel, and they exceeded my expectations at every step. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodel.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled and genuinely good contractor in Alaska, you need to call Chugach Contracting. I’m an Alaska homeowner living out of state for the time being and dealing with repairs from far away is usually a nightmare but Bryan made everything so effortless. We had a shower issue, water leak and frozen pipes pop up over New Year weekend and he got us on the schedule the very next business day. He was thorough in inspecting/diagnosing the problem and went above and beyond with repairs and preventative measures. He kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. He also inspected our property since there had been five severe wind storms over the past month and a half. The quality of work was exceptional but honestly what stood out the most was how professional, thorough, down-to-earth and friendly Bryan was. He treated both us and our tenants with genuine kindness. Working with him felt more like a friendship than just being another number on a schedule. Having the right people in your corner makes all the difference when life throws unexpected challenges your way. If you need a reliable, responsive contractor who really knows what they’re doing especially as a fellow Alaskan homeowner, definitely go with Chugach Contracting!
